Is Tidel Wave Health an EMR or a prescribing tool?

No. It's a clinic operations workspace for oversight, scheduling, and follow-up — not a replacement for clinical judgment or a system of record. It never prescribes, diagnoses, or dispenses.

Can we manage patients who haven't connected yet?

Yes. Build a clinic roster, save protocol templates and popular stacks, and schedule follow-up appointments for patients by name before they ever accept an invite — then link them automatically when they join.

What can the dashboard do?

Does every staff member need their own paid account?

No. Your clinic plan includes up to 25 team seats. Invite any email — clinicians or front-desk staff — and they get access under your subscription. Staff never buy a separate account.

How is patient data protected?

Access is role-scoped and audit-logged at the database level — every sensitive read is recorded. Roles (Owner, Admin, Clinician, Front Desk) scope what each member can see.

Who owns compliance and clinical responsibility?

You do. Tidel Wave Health provides operational tooling and internal educational references; final clinical, legal, pharmacy, and compliance decisions are made by the operating clinic and its licensed clinicians.
